Fear of Falling

A person in a red shirt and a helmet is rock climbing a steep, beige-colored rock face. The individual is secured with climbing gear and a rope, with a harness around their waist. In the background, there are a few other climbers and onlookers at the base of the rock. The scene is outdoors with a natural rocky terrain and some trees nearby.

Falling is a part of climbing. However, often the fear of falling can hold a climber back and limit one’s enjoyment. In this clinic we’ll explore ways to make falling fun and allow you to approach climbing with confidence.
